Early brain development research demonstrates that there is a direct correlation between early childhood education and a child's future success.  Every dollar invested in early childhood education yields a 17% return on investment. The first 1,120 days of a child's life are the most formative days of his or her life.  

The Child Care Association of Louisiana promotes high-quality early care and childhood education. We host two full-day education conferences each year with engaging speakers. CCAL advocates for the state's investment in early childhood education. Every child in Louisiana deserves a chance to succeed.
