Rachel Supalla has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood, a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, is Montessori Certified and a certified National Business coach. Today, she is transforming culture from the inside out.

Beth Fletcher is the Enterprise Business Development Director with Inspire Care 360. She has over 20 years of experience in the childcare industry in various roles including: Director, Executive Director, Business Operations Consultant and Regional Manager for both corporate and franchise childcare companies. In these positions, she was able to support numerous owners, directors, and clients in their quest for a successful childcare center, financially, for their teams and the countless families they served.

Beth’s passion is to recognize where help is needed in a childcare business and to offer solutions and support to help them thrive and flourish to their highest potential.

12:40 PM        Bryan Fulton, Kaplan Learning Company

Bryan came to Kaplan with a strong background in sales, management, and marketing and has now been a member of the Kaplan sales team for nearly 24 years. 

Bryan is the South Central Regional Manager with Kaplan overseeing four Territory Managers within a 10-state area.  During his many years with Kaplan, he has committedly serviced early education customers within school districts, Head Start and private childcare providers throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. His overarching priority is to supply your centers with high quality materials, furnishings and technology to assist in the learning and growth you envision for your children. 

Bryan frequently works alongside numerous organizations in both states, serving as Board Member of the Child Care Association of Louisiana and affiliate board member with the Louisiana Head Start Association as well as partnering with many state associations and early childhood stakeholders.  Bryan currently lives in New Orleans, Louisiana, with his wife Conchetta and son Kyle.  He enjoys reading, listening to music, playing basketball, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.
