Tanya Crispin brings a wealth of experience, most recently leading the sales development team at a $100 million per year technology company, along with a strong background in corporate and franchise marketing and sales strategies. She has worked in both non-profit and for-profit preschool settings as a substitute classroom educator and enrollment manager. Driven by a vision to bridge advanced business strategies with private and family-owned childcare centers, Tanya is passionate about fostering long-term success for these businesses while enhancing the quality of childcare for everyone involved.
Chelsea Reue, a multi-site owner with a decade of expertise in the preschool industry. Recently joining the Preschool Exchange team as a Childcare Sales Specialist, Chelsea brings her extensive ownership experience to the forefront. Having also served as a Preschool Secret Shopper, she offers a distinctive blend of practical knowledge and a sharp understanding of market dynamics. As an engaging presenter, Chelsea is ready to share invaluable insights drawn from her multifaceted background, offering a comprehensive understanding of the preschool industry.
Sara Schreiner stands out as a dynamic female entrepreneur and a source of inspiration across various industries. With her unique blend of experience in childcare business ownership and innovative leadership, Sara brings an empowering perspective to entrepreneurship. Known for her bold, direct approach, she tackles topics like client care, leadership, and maintaining a work-life harmony with refreshing honesty. Tym Smith began working in the Early Education field in 1986. After spending several years in the classroom, he advanced to fill various positions including Education Specialist, Director and Regional Director. Over the past 20 years, Tym has spent thousands of hours training educators and leaders across the country at local and national conferences. In 2007, Tym started "Tym the Trainer", a training company dedicated to quality and diversity for Early Education programs. Tym owned of six early education programs in Texas. Tym is a member of the Texas Trainers Registry and currently serves on the board of directors for the Association for Early Learning Leaders. Tym is also a Conscious Discipline Certified Instructor, A Jon Gordon Certified Instructor, and a Certified Life is Good Playmaker
Jennifer Stevenson was recently inducted as Secretary of the Child Care Association of Louisiana. She is the owner of The Garden of Knowledge in Washington Parish and has been an educator for over 10 years. She is an alumnus of the 2020-2021 Cohort of the Louisiana Early Leaders Academy. Jennifer was also recognized as one of top five leaders in the inaugural year of the Louisiana Department of Education’s prestigious Early Leader of the Year Award. Jennifer also serves as the Fund Development Chairperson of Family R.E.A.C.H Alliance; a nonprofit organization serving homeless children and their families. She is the President of the Christmas in the Park Commission for the City of Bogalusa. Jennifer is a vocal and passionate advocate for the early childhood profession, especially when it comes to providing critically important care and services to our most vulnerable children.
